VERBAL: Business (Non)Sense!

JUDGE READS TO TEAMS:

This is a verbal problem. Your team has one minute to decide which team members will participate.

(JUDGES GIVE TEAM MEMBERS ONE MINUTE TO DECIDE)

You will have one minute to think and 3 minutes to respond. You may ask questions; however, time will continue. You may not talk to each other at any time.

You will receive 1 point for each common response. Creative or humorous responses will receive 3 points each. Highly creative or humorous responses will receive 5 points. This will be a subjective opinion of the judges and the judges' decision is final.

You may not skip your turn, repeat a response, or pass. If one member of the team is stuck, the team is stuck.

Once time begins it will not be stopped. If the judge asks you to repeat a response, or to clarify it, or to give a more appropriate response, time will continue. Speak loudly and clearly.

Your problem is: Many businesses invent creative names for their companies. You are to give the name of a store or company and tell what that store or company might sell. For example, you could say "OMER’S Place" sells creativity." (Repeat "Your problem is …)

You may begin.

JUDGES ONLY:
